Kinglong was introduced by the People's Government of Tongliang county in 2001's Chongqing Investment & Negotiation Fall. Two young enterprisers---Wang Jingchun, Xiao Zhongming. Under support of the people's government and every unit and organization, this project was constructed in July of 2001. In March of 2002, a strontium carbonate manufacturer was completed with 20 thousand tons annual production capacity; meanwhile, a lot of ambitious persons form a big Kinglong family cored Wang Jingchun, Xiao Zhongming.
    In June, 2002, flash flood verify this new born life severely, and brave Kinglong people hold up the flood by hand in hand, shoulder by shoulder to safeguard Kinglong;in sultry summer and severe winter,serious climate don't conquer Kinglong people who still did their duty;in september,production celebration was lunched , indicated Kinglong went forward firmly; In the early 2003, Wang Jingchun-the president of Kinglong presented working goal--"focus on management, cooperation and development", we close the ranks to make great efforts for the goal.; In March,in nationwide SARS storm, we work together persist in. At present, our production and management all step on a new stage. Looking back, we find that is hard-working outcome of every Kinglong people.
